As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fabien manages Acropolis Associates since its creation in 1999. Previously, Fabien spent more than 12 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Merck Sharp and Döhme) in various leading positions including recruiting, coaching, training, team management and business development.

After graduating in Business Studies at St. John’s University (New York), Fabien obtained an International MBA and a DBA at the International School of Management (New York and Paris).

Ian has an extensive experience in international management with multilateral institutions (World Bank, European Commission, United Nations), national administrations and blue-chip corporations. He has managed complex projects in several languages with a team of multi-disciplinary experts in Africa, China, Europe, Latin America and the USA.

Ian is in charge of our Business Clarity and Ethics Department. Acropolis Associates thus offers its clients thorough investigations of goodwill and staff and suppliers’ integrity, which, in fine, can obviate hazardous investments (illegal trading, unlawful use of copyrights, corporate fraud, etc.).

Ian was born in Africa and educated at Worth Abbey and Keele University (B.A. Joint Honours in International Relations), completed by an Executive MBA at the International School of Management (Paris and New York).

Suzy MA

Suzy has a solid experience in Human Resources and Education. During 11 years in France, she managed a company doing international trading between Europe and China. Then in China, she was actively involved in the establishment of the Management School of Lyon (EM Lyon). For 7 years, she was responsible for the Promotion, the Recruitment and the Alumni club in China (EM Lyon China Club). Suzy is managing Acropolis Education activity in China and Singapore.

Since 2006, Suzy is the representative of IAE Grenoble in China. Suzy obtained a French MA of Science of Education, as well as an MBA “France in Shanghai”.

Marlène BONTHOUX

Marlène has over 9 years professional experience in human resources. She founded EMC RECRUTEMENT in 2007.

She previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant in charge of selecting non executive and executive profiles. She also worked as a Human Resources Consultant in an industrial company (200 people). She was in charge of careers, training and recruitment.

She graduated in Human Resources from GEM / Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grenoble Management School).

Marlène likes travelling and meeting new cultures. She gets involved in humanitarian and environmental projects.

Joseph A. ZINK

Joseph has over 15 years experience in IT management both in China and the USA. He was responsible for systems, software applications, outsourcing and the management of a data center for Citigroup in California.

Previously, he had also developed sales for Eastman Corp. in Los Angeles and Kentucky.

Joseph spent two years in Beijing and Shanghai to learn, understand and adapt complex IT tools to the Chinese working environment.

Now based in Shanghai, he is in charge of the China IT sector for Acropolis Associates.

Joseph is a fan of Chinese culture, often enjoying simple walks in Shanghai streets.
